Ibis Styles Bali Benoa

We must admit that Made's (the operations manager's) team did a great job in our case. Communication with most staff members was excellent and we felt that they wanted to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The breakfast menu was varied for us, and for our child we requested special foods every day (e.g. pasta, chicken crispy, fish and chips, etc.).

They have amazing pool and bar with happy hours. Room was good. Staff is always kind, friendly, ready to help with anything. WiFi speed is good also. They have parking places and parking. Hotel has no steps entry and elevator, so it good for wheelchaired persons.

Really clean and all the toiletries were provided and replenished every day. Staff were lovely and very helpful, so much difference to the Ubud stay. Just a walk away from beaches and the Bali collection ( probably 30 min walk- if you try after 5 when the sun goes down, it's a great walk and beautiful view)

lovely friendly staff. i only stayed one night on my way to airport, the honest truth is i use Ibis in europe when im staying at an airport so i know what to expect. i found it weird to see this as a resort, so a bit familiar i stayed... gets teh job done, clean.. quiet..
